Kevan Kjar founded ThreeQuest to help companies with a complex product create a story that resonates with their buyer, and to create a consensus among their team so everyone is singing the same song. Kevan has helped companies such as Siemens, Schlumberger, SAP, Oracle, HP, HealthMedia and many others with their message and how their message is presented, not just once, but he was brought in many times with each of these accounts.

ThreeQuest’s unique "ArrowHead" process and StoryArc methodology helps companies win their story war by creating a winning story, aligning their team and delivering it with passion.

During the last two decades, Kevan has helped thousands of executive, sales and marketing professionals in countries such as the U.S., England, France, Italy, Germany, Austria, Thailand, India, United Arab Emirates, and South America.

Kevan and his wife, Anita, have five children and live in beautiful Boise, ID with their two youngest boys. He holds a master degree in business administration, is a certified NLP practitioner and a recovering Scoutmaster. Kevan has attended the world renown “Story” training by the entertainment guru Robert McKee, and draws from it for story strategy consulting. His hobbies include running, hiking and black & white movies.

Dirk Bak has served on ThreeQuest’s Advisory Board from the very beginning. Dirk specializes in business development and marketing for start-up organizations and co-founded Corporate Facilities Management, Inc. a highly successful corporation in the building maintenance industry. In 2007 The Business Journal awarded Dirk Bak the “Forty under 40 Award”, becoming the youngest recipient ever of this respected honor. 

Dirk Bak is very active in a wide variety of community, political, service projects and fine arts. He currently serves on the Board of the YMCA, the Freedom Foundation of Minnesota, and as an Advisory Board member for CAMIE Awards in Hollywood.  Dirk completed his law degree from Concord Law School and is featured in The University of Minnesota & Concord Law School marketing publications. 

Dirk considers his family his greatest accomplishment in life. He is a devoted husband and father of three children. He and his family reside in the Minneapolis Area. Dirk enjoys sailing, skiing, golf, and surfing.

Mitch Pendleton is a Senior Consultant at ThreeQuest. Mitch and Kevan Kjar have known each other for 20+ years, when they worked together in Washington, D.C. together selling software to the Federal government. Mitch has been a professional speaker and trainer since those early days. Mitch and Kevan share a wonderful chemistry, and truly enjoy changing people’s lives and companies.

Twice awarded the honor of “Highest Rated Training Course” by Tigrent Learning, Mitch is also the principle author of their new Cash Flow Options course. Mitch’s financial background uniquely qualifies him to help companies develop believable, results-driven sales presentations and messaging.

Mitch resides in Utah with his wife and three children and loves being with family, traveling, scuba diving, computers, reading and hiking.
